Magnolia looking good, so far

Lots of empty seats here at the L.A. Sports Arena -- I guess 10 a.m. games aren’t for everybody.

Well, at least Magnolia has showed up to play. Arizona-bound Jhakia McDonald and Brittany Pennell each have seven points to help give the Sentinels a 19-15 lead at the end of the first quarter. A three-pointer by Muir’s Brittany Henderson at the buzzer kept the Mustangs right on Magnolia’s heels, though.
