La Canada Renaissance came away with a 13-12 lead over Los Angeles Price after the first quarter of their Southern California Regional Division V boys’ championship basketball game at Mater Dei High, but Renaissance’s 6-10 center, Anthony Stover, picked up three fouls and was sent to the bench.

The good news for Renaissance is that guard Justin Cook is on the mark. He scored three baskets, including a three-pointer.
