Santa Clara’s Vines heading to New Hampshire

Santa Clara senior DE/QB Randi Vines has committed to New Hampshire, a Division I-AA program.

Vines, who played an important role in leading the Saints to the Mid-Valley Division title last fall, recorded 82 tackles, 12 sacks and two interceptions in addition to passing for 644 yards and eight TDs.

It’s good to see patience and persistence has finally paid off for Vines. This sounds like a perfect fit for the small-school standout.
