Track and field: Big day out in Santa Barbara

If you were lucky enough to spend Saturday perusing the streets of downtown Santa Barbara, you may have caught a glimpse of one of the region’s biggest meets going on at La Playa Stadium on the seaside campus of Santa Barbara City College.

The 21st annual Easter Relays once again took place on its ever-changing spot on the calendar and there were plenty of impressive performances from some of the best athletes in the San Fernando Valley/North region.
