Leading the charge is Cal State Fullerton-bound Noe Ramirez, the team’s batting leader and one of its best pitchers. The Titans’ coaches consider Ramirez one of the best hitters in the state. It’s easy to see why, what with his .513 batting average and 20 hits in 13 games.

As a pitcher, Ramirez is 4-0 with a 1.86 ERA in four starts. He has a 37-to-6 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He also has three saves in three relief appearances.

Alhambra play Friday when it hosts San Gabriel (3-8) at 3:15 p.m.
