I think I’m going to have a chat with Valencia AD Brian Stiman after tonight’s Southern Section-Toyota Division II semifinal between Valencia and Dos Pueblos.

The Vikings’ ferocious spikers are making it dangerous for fans sitting in the first 10 rows of the stands. The school should really think about surrounding the court with plexiglass because I’ve been to hockey games that were less dangerous.

As you can imagine, Dos Pueblos isn’t faring too well in this kind of environment. Thanks to another nonstop kill barrage spearheaded by UCLA-bound Jamey Ker and BYU-bound Skyler Seymour, Valencia is one game away from advancing to the finals after a 25-15 triumph in Game 2.

I’ll let you know the score of Game 3 game in a little while. Trust me -- it’ll be the final game tonight.
