Palisades has a dynasty ... officially.

It captured its third consecutive City Section title -- and 19th overall -- Wednesday at the AAF/John C. Argue Swim Stadium.

Then again, this is the team called the Dolphins, who finished with 291 points to hold off second-place Cleveland (246 1/2). Jessica Chong’s victory in the 100 breaststroke (1:12.06) was the lone individual one for the Cavaliers, who nearly won a boys’ and girls’ title for the first time in the same year. Taft’s Chelsea Lim defended her titles in the 50 and 100 freestyles in 24.82 and 53.97, both personal bests.
