Boys’ tennis: Doubles championship matchup is set in Seal Beach

Peninsula’s tandem of Tyler Bowman and Jon Kazarian, top-seeded in the Southern Section-Toyota individual championships, will take on Thousand Oaks’ Denis Lin and Marcos Giron in the boys’ doubles finals at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at the Seal Beach Tennis Center.

Bowman and Kazarian beat Brentwood’s Jackson Isaacs and Chris Lord, 6-4, 6-0 in the morning’s semifinals. Lin and Giron, seeded third, beat Irvine University’s Matt Siow and Michael Tang, 6-1, 6-2.
