La Reina standout Kelsey Conway has been selected one of two recipients of the 2008 American Junior Golf Assn. Presidents’ Youth Leadership Award.

Conway, who played a big role in pushing the Regents to the Southern Section team championships last fall, has been honored by the AJGA because of her outstanding leadership and volunteer efforts in the community. The senior has worked extensively with charities such as the Special Olympics, The First Tee of Ventura County and the National Charity League. She also has a 4.0 grade-point average.
