Knee injuries are the leading cause of high school sports-related surgeries, according to a study conducted at the Center for Injury Research and Policy of the Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and published in the June issue of The American Journal of Sports Medicine.

That’s one of the reasons both my children are swimmers and water polo players.
