Ex-coach takes over in Conejo Valley District

Jeff Davis, who was principal at Chatsworth, worked as an administrator for the Los Angeles Unified School District and coached basketball at Canoga Park and Burbank, has been named director of secondary education in the Conejo Valley Unified School District.

He’s a big supporter of athletics, and he’ll be a good person to watch over principals and others in a district where the parents and administrators frequently clash.
