Baseball: Four locals make U18 national team

Infielder David Nick of Cypress, infielder Jonathan Meyer of Simi Valley, catcher Cameron Garfield of Murrieta Valley and outfielder Wes Hatton of Norco have been selected to the final 18-man roster for the U18 national baseball team.
The team will play in the International Baseball Federation’s World Junior championships July 25 to Aug. 3 in Edmonton, Canada.
