Football: Barr scores twice for Loyola

Loyola has opened a 17-0 halftime lead over Palos Verdes behind junior running back Anthony Barr, who has rushed for 62 yards in 10 carries and scored touchdowns on runs of 13 and 17 yards.

It’s the last tuneup for Loyola before it faces Concord De La Salle next Saturday night at Glendale High.
