Football: Corona Centennial scores again

Mater Dei’s defense is looking overmatched against Corona Centennial. On the Huskies’ second possession of the game, they went 65 yards in 10 plays, with quarterback Taylor Martinez running seven yards for a touchdown and a 14-7 lead.

Whether passing or running, Centennial is doing whatever it wants on offense. So much for those who thought the Huskies needed time to adjust to the graduation of quarterback Matt Scott. So far, they look as good as last season.
