Football: Crespi leads Servite at halftime, 14-6

We’re seeing a great defensive battle here tonight between No. 4 Crespi and No. 6 Servite. Each team has proved it’s among the best in Southern California, but a couple big plays by Crespi has pushed it out to a 14-6 halftime lead.

Crespi WR/DB Kevin Cummings caught a 65-yard TD pass from Bryan Bennett midway through the second quarter and he also scored on a 31-yard interception return.
