Football: Oaks Christian wants to play St Bonaventure

Oaks Christian Coach Bill Redell confirmed Sunday that his school is in negotiations to resume its rivalry with St. Bonaventure next season.

‘They called us and want to play, and we want to play,’ Redell said.

Oaks Christian will have an opening on its 2009 schedule after Diamond Ranch decided to release the Lions from their contract agreement.

Now Oaks Christian and St. Bonaventure have to work out an agreement.
