Former St. Bonaventure and Moorpark standout Darrell Scott hasn’t wasted any time making an impact at Colorado this season. Through three games, the true freshman running back has 128 yards and a TD, proving to everyone that’s he definitely the future face of the Colorado Buffs’ program.

Don’t believe me -- here’s what Colorado Coach Dan Hawkins had to say about Scott at his Tuesday press conference:

“His potential is obviously off the charts and I think he’s definitely getting there. He needs to have a couple of breakthrough moments and I think he’s gotten close before, but he just needs to string a few of those together. I think it’s a combination of the whole mental and physical confidence thing coming together.’

So Scott is still a work in progress. But give this guy a couple years and he could easily be the best RB in college football.
