Football: St. Bonaventure off to fast start

No. 6-ranked St. Bonaventure has opened a 10-0 lead over No. 3-ranked Crespi with 4:01 left in the first quarter on a 27-yard field goal from Derek Kirk and a 53-yard touchdown run from USC-bound Patrick Hall.
The Seraphs have come out hitting on defense, and the Celts got hurt by a missed tackle on Hall’s TD run. St. Bonaventure lost to Crespi last season, 25-9, but the Seraphs are showing they mean business at Ventura High.
