Football: McKay comes through with interception

Long Beach Poly’s Stan McKay came up with an interception at the goal line with 2:18 left in the first quarter to halt another potential Tesoro scoring opportunity.

Preston King of Tesoro has been an early standout. He has returned two punts deep into Poly territory and also made a diving 15-yard reception in a scoreless Pac-5 Division final at Angel Stadium.
