Football: It’s a snap for San Clemente’s Jacobsen

San Clemente senior center/long snapper Evan Jacobsen recently finished first out of 150 long snappers in a Las Vegas competition run by Chris Sailer and Chris Rubio.

Jacobsen is heading to New Mexico this weekend on an official visit and is also being recruited by Oregon.

UPDATE: New Mexico offered Jacobsen a scholarship during his visit over the weekend and Oregon is expected to come on Tuesday to take a look at him.
