Boys’ basketball: Sidney scores 31 points for Fairfax

Los Angeles Fairfax improved to 22-3 overall and 10-1 in the Western League with a 76-58 victory over University on Wednesday.

Renardo Sidney scored 31 points and Solomon Hill had 15 points for the Lions, who end the regular season on Friday against Venice needing a victory to earn a share of the league title with Westchester.

University (18-9, 5-6) received 22 points from Alex Brooks.
