Girls’ soccer: El Segundo defeats Lakeside, 3-2

Natalie Barbosa, Lauren Farello and Addie Saldana each scored to lead host El Segundo to a 3-2 victory over Lakeside this afternoon in a Division V playoff game.

Jennifer Mann had five saves for the Lady Eagles (18-4-1), who advanced to play La Canada (15-4-3) at 3 p.m. Thursday in a quarterfinal at a site to be determined Wednesday morning by a coin flip.
