Cleveland showed it’s not a one-quarter wonder.

The fourth-seeded Cavaliers are right there with top-seeded Westchester at halftime this afternoon in a City Section Division I semifinal at the Galen Center, trailing the Comets, 30-26.

Jason Johnson has scored 13 points for Cleveland, which was supposed to be a pushover for Westchester en route to its presumed title-game matchup against second-seeded Fairfax. But the Cavaliers have withstood several body blows without going down for the count.

Jordin Mayes leads Westchester with nine points.
