Who turned out the lights?

After Cleveland scored the opening basket of the second half to pull to within two points of top-seeded Westchester, it was pretty much game over for the Cavaliers.

The Comets rattled off a 19-5 run and lead, 51-38, at the end of the third quarter of today’s City Section Division I semifinal at the Galen Center.

The winner of this game -- cough, Westchester, cough -- plays the winner of the subsequent semifinal between second-seeded Fairfax and third-seeded Taft.

Cleveland’s Jason Johnson, who scored 13 first-half points, picked up his fourth foul with 4 minutes 32 seconds left in the quarter and went to the bench. He had no points in the quarter.
