With Westchester, Farifax and Taft advancing to the semifinals of the Division I Southern California Regionals, it means the City Section will receive some well-deserved respect.
For Fairfax to beat Mater Dei on its home court is impressive. Now the Lions get to face their Western League rivals, Westchester, for a third time on Thursday at 7 p.m. at L.A. Southwest College. Taft has to travel to Riverside King on Thursday.
We’ll see who has fresh legs. But those are great semifinal matchups.
