Boys’ basketball: Fairfax 39, Westchester 38

There were seven lead changes in the third quarter, and Fairfax has taken a 39-38 lead over Westchester after three quarters of their Division I Southern California Regional semifinal game at L.A. Southwest College.

Renardo Sidney connected on two three-pointers in the quarter for Fairfax. Dwayne Polee came alive for Westchester with two baskets.
