Softball: Banning coach is fired

The Daily Breeze is reporting that Wilmington Banning softball Coach Jesse Espinoza was relieved of his duties Tuesday over concerns about a fundraiser and possible conflict-of-interest duties involving him coaching the Harbor College softball team.

Parents and team members are not pleased with the decision.
