The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has amended its complainst against former compton Dominguez High boys’ basketball coach Russell Otis, adding four felony counts following an investigation by Compton Unified School District police, prosecutor Angela Brunson told The Times Wednesday.

Otis, who pleaded not guilty last week to one felony and one misdemeanor related to what prosecutors descibe as unwanted sexual advances on a minor male, will now be re-arraigned next week on two felony counts of commercial burglary, one felony count of grand theft and one felony count of forgery, Brunson said.

The new alleged crimes took place at Dominguez High, Brunson said. Otis also served as Dominguez’s athletic director before being placed on administrative leave in September.
