Baseball: Schedule is out for the National Classic

The schedule has been finalized for the Anderson Bat National Classic April 13-16 in Orange County, and let’s just say there won’t be any easy games.

The best opener on April 13 appears to be Concord De La Salle against El Toro at 4 p.m. at El Dorado. El Dorado, Esperanza and Cal State Fullerton will be the sites for the 16-team tournament played over four days, concluding with the championship game on Thursday, April 16 at 7 p.m. at Fullerton.

Among the Southern California teams entered are Sherman Oaks Notre Dame, Norco, Covina Northview and Mater Dei.
