Baseball: Simi Valley advances to St. Paul semifinals

Freshman Nick Vigo threw a complete game, striking out three and walking none, and his older brother, junior Dennis Vigo, went three for three with two doubles to lead Simi Valley past Irvine University, 7-1, in a quarterfinal game of the St. Paul tournament.

Simi Valley (12-5) will play La Mirada in a semifinal game Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at St. Paul.
