Boys’ basketball: O’Connor picks up top City Section honor

Dominique O’Connor of Westchester has added another award to his resume, receiving player-of-the-year honors from the City Section basketball coaches.

The first-team All-City squad from the coaches: Raynaul Baker, Crenshaw, Jr.; James Boyd, Jordan, Sr.; Terran Carter, Taft, Sr.; Tony Freeland, Fremont, Sr.; Solomon Hill, Fairfax, Sr.; Tyler Honeycutt, Sylmar, Sr.; Jordin Mayes, Westchester, Jr.; Prince Obasi, Cleveland, Sr.; Renardo Sidney, Fairfax, Sr.; Brian Stewart, Dorsey, Sr.; Michael Williams, Taft Sr.
