Baseball: Arleta continues its playoff push

Arleta, continuing its preparation for the City Section Division I playoffs, defeated Van Nuys, 10-2, behind sophomores Javy Lopez and Miguel Perez. Lopez had two hits and Perez hit a two-run home run. Arleta is in second place in the East Valley League with an 18-11 overall record and 11-5 league mark.
