Football: Narbonne duo gets more scholarship offers

Narbonne star running back and defensive back Sean Parker has picked up a scholarship offer from Georgia Tech and defensive end and running back Melvin Davis has received an offer from Nevada Las Vegas.

Parker has many suitors to choose from--he’s been offerred scholarships by 26 schools, according to Narbonne assistant coach Byron Moore--but the Rambling Wreck might be a good fit because he has family in Georgia.

‘He is still looking at his options out of state and he is still open to everyone and won’t be making any decision until signing day,’ Moore wrote in an e-mail.
