Baseball: Viewpoint gets a book on its championship season

What’s the next-best thing to winning a championship? How about a book on how it was accomplished.

Last season, Calabasas Viewpoint won a Southern Section small schools baseball title, and a book entitled, ‘Double Plays to Dreams: The Road to the CIF Baseball Championship,’ has been published by publishamerica.com.

The author is Wynn A. Sherman, a Viewpoint assistant coach who is a graduate of Pomona College and the Stanford Business School.
