Boys’ basketball: Kelly picks Penn

North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake combo guard Austin Kelly has committed to Penn after attending a camp on the Quakers’ campus last month with Loyola’s Miles Cartwright.

The 6-foot-3 Kelly averaged 14.8 points, 2.5 assists and 1.8 steals last season for the Wolverines, who advanced to the state playoffs before losing to eventual state finalist Ocean View.
