Valencia recovered a fumble on a botched handoff on the Loyola 32 and took advantage. Zach Tartabull caught a 28-yard screen pass, and Steven Manfro soon followed with a one-yard touchdown run, giving Valencia a 14-7 lead over Loyola in second quarter.
