Corbin Anderson of Mater Dei ran one yard for a touchdown with 30 seconds left in the second quarter, and the Monarchs trail Servite, 20-7.

Mater Dei put together a 99-yard, nine-play drive that was badly needed to keep the Monarchs in this game. Quarterback Max Wittek had completions of 18, 21 and 28 yards during the drive.

The TD not only should give Mater Dei a confidence boost but also encouraged its fans to get back into the game.
