Cross country: Loyola’s Gedyon wins another state title

Junior Elias Gedyon of Los Angeles Loyola won his second consecutive state individual cross country championship Saturday at Woodard Park in Fresno, winning the Division II race in 15:00.

Saugus won its fourth consecutive state championship in girls’ Division II.

In Division I boys, Arcadia’s Ammar Moussa won in 14:59, with San Pedro’s Pablo Rosales second in 15:08. Dana Hills won the team title.
