Westchester and Woodland Hills Taft, ranked No. 1 and 2 by The Times, pulled out last-second victories in the semifinals of the Westchester tournament to set up a dream championship matchup Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Spencer Dinwiddie’s last-second basket gave Taft (3-0) a 60-59 victory over Leuzinger.

Joshua Wilson’s steal and layup with four seconds left gave Westchester (3-0) an 86-85 victory over Compton Centennial, which received 40 points points from senior guard Deonte Burton.

Does high school basketball get any better this early in the season than last-second semifinal victories and a Taft-Westchester finale?
