Dorsey dropped to the No. 12 seeding in the City Section playoffs after closing the regular season with consecutive losses against Crenshaw and Locke, but the Dons looked like anything but an underdog in playoff victories over San Pedro and Taft.

Quarterback Joseph Gray has emerged as a singular talent and the Dons are making the big plays on defense when they need to. But will it be enough against the juggernaut that is Crenshaw, a team that held Dorsey to three first downs and 18 yards during a 44-7 rout last month?

The Dons could make this game closer, but I don’t see them having enough playmakers to pull out what would be a monumental upset. I will have updates throughout the evening.
