Football: Dorsey averts the shutout

Dorsey has scored its first offensive touchdown in nearly eight quarters against Crenshaw this season, on a 31-yard pass from Joseph Gray to Marvin Hall.

The Dons tried to run in a two-point conversion but were stopped, keeping the Cougars’ lead at 28-6 with 8:54 left in the game.

Dorsey scored during its 44-7 loss to Crenshaw last month on a kickoff return.
