Vernon Adams kept the ball on a quarterback option and managed to creep over the goal line for a 2-yard touchdown to put Alemany back in front with 19 seconds left in the first quarter of tonight’s Southern Section Western Division final.

The snap was high on the extra point attempt and kicker Martin Meza pulled it wide, so the Warriors lead 13-7 as the second quarter begins.

Malcolm Marable has already rushed for almost 100 yards in 10 carries for Alemany.
