Mira Costa has answered Alemany’s score with an impressive march on its opening drive to tie tonight’s Western Division final.

Rico Wright scored on a 4-yard run and the point-after kick tied the game, 7-7. Two plays led to the Mustangs’ score: a 32-yard pass from Kyle Demarco to Kyle Nunn and a 19-yard run around left end by Wright.

Alemany has the ball inside the Mira Costa 30-yard line with 3:30 left in the first quarter.
