The opening round of the Orange tournament for Santa Ana Mater Dei turned into a rout from the beginning against Montebello Cantwell Sacred Heart, with the Monarchs (8-1) winning, 101-30.

Gary Franklin Jr., Katin Reinhardt and Keala King all had 14 points. Tyler Lamb added 13.
