Boys’ basketball: Etiwanda upsets Corona Centennial

Etiwanda has eliminated No. 3-seeded Corona Centennial, 78-72, in the Division 1AA quarterfinals.
It was a back-and-forth fourth quarter. Centennial opened a five-point lead, but Etiwanda came back. It was two evenly-matched teams fighting to advance to the semifinals.

Aaron Crockett, who came into the fourth quarter scoreless, contributed three critical baskets, two on offensive rebounds. Byron Wesley scored 28 points for the Eagles.

Gelaun Wheelwright had 21 points and Dominic Dunning 23 for Centennial.
