Boys’ basketball: LACES finds a way to win

LACES competed in the tough Western League this season, which means it got tired of facing the likes of Westchester, Fairfax, Palisades and University.

But LACES (13-18) used its strong league competition to prepare for Friday’s City Section small schools championship game, and came away with a 58-56 win over View Park Prep.
