An upset is brewing at Colony High.
The speed and quickness of Hillcrest Christian is negating the size and strength of St. Bernard early in this afternoon’s Southern Section Division 6AA championship game.

Hillcrest Christian leads 12-5 after the first quarter, thanks to tenacious defense and six turnovers by the top-seeded Vikings.

Brittany Espinoza has 6 points and Kerstin Stone, Christy Corcoran and Emily Hovivian have two apiece for the third-seeded Eagles.

Taylor Heath and Gabrielle Adoh have two points apiece and Angelica Laury has made 1 of 4 free throw attempts for St. Bernard.
