Baseball: Pitcher showing signs of recovery

Pitcher Gunnar Sandberg from Marin Catholic is showing signs of recovery, the Marin Independent Journal reported Wednesday. He was the pitcher hit in the head by a line drive on March 11.

Marin Catholic is playing in the National Classic next week in Orange County and requested that wood bats be used in the tournament.
