Kyle Keppel of Woodland Hills El Camino Real started Wednesday with a fly out in the first inning, but the day got a whole lot better against Birmingham. He added a triple in the third, a three-run home run in the fourth, a single in the sixth and a double in the seventh to hit for the cycle in the Conquistadores’ 11-4 West Valley League victory.

It might be the first time in El Camino Real history that a player has hit for the cycle. El Camino Real improved to 8-9 and 3-0.
