Sherman Oaks Notre Dame freshman left-hander Jack Hartman made 106 pitches Friday night, striking out six and walking one in six innings of the Knights’ 4-1 victory over Mission Hills Alemany, dropping the Warriors from first place in the Mission League.

David Armendariz picked up the save. Eric Walbridge had three hits for Notre Dame, which plays neighborhood rival Encino Crespi next week in a two-game series starting Tuesday night at Birmingham.
